do a follow up call to those who have not responded by the due

the client to access our system via the internet from any
location using a computer. Our operators and the client can
schedule and view appointments at any time.
DOUBLE BOOKING by
multiple offices always has been a problem. Our system prevents
double booking regardless of who makes the appointments. There
is no need for either party to notify the other of their
respective booking unless preferred and/or requested.

the Appointment Scheduling Services. When callers make an
appointment or schedule a reservation, our operators can provide
them with directions to where they have to go.
