Relay Communications Center  provides an alternative to "LIVE" operator Service.  It is very efficient and effective and at the the same time, very economical. Relay's  automated computerized system is state-of-the-art equipment.  It can be used for routine messages, product orders, hot line calls for a variety of call types. Accessibility  to retrieve messages is pass code protected and very easy to use.  Our system can also deliver actual voice messages to an e-mail address.  The caller talks into the system as they would with any voice mail system but with our WAV-file option, the actual voice is sent / transmitted by internet to an e-mail address.  When the recipient opens their e-mail, they can listen to the caller's actual voice message.  This is especially important when the message is confidential or very technical or of a medical nature.
