“LIVE
OPERATOR” response service is recommended and preferred.
There are multiple rates available based on anticipated
volume of calls. The
lowest rate is our “Low Volume – Low Rate” service plan with a
monthly cost of $18.75 plus a flat fee of $5.00 for each call that
we process. The next low
rate is based on operator processing time or a flat call based on
client’s choice. That
rate is $29.99 per month that includes the first 25 minutes of
processing time by an operator.
Additional time is billed at $1.25 per minute.
On a “per call” basis, it includes the first 15 calls.
Additional calls are charged $2.25 each.
Higher volume rates are available upon request.
COMPUTERIZED response service
enables the person for whom the call is intended to automatically
receive the entire “voice” message in real time via an E-Mail WAV
file. The authorized
recipient is the only person with his/her computer pass code to
listen to the voice message after opening their e-mail.
This allows the recipient(s) to listen at their discretion
and convenience from anywhere at any time.
These voice messages can be sent to School District
Superintendents, Presidents of School Boards, Presidents of
Corporations, Accounting Firms, Chairman and/or Members of a Board
of Directors, management personnel, etc. Messages are not traceable
by the person or company called.
The sender’s identification is only that of our nationwide
