    Waste - Fraud – Abuse - Safety

This is a specialized and confidential Hot Line Service that is provided by an employer, bank, organization, accounting firm, school district, or government agency exclusively for employees or others to report fraud, suspicious activity, safety or other matters of importance to an employer or others in authority.  This confidential “HOT LINE” service provides the caller with total anonymity.

There are multiple ways to report situations.  These include but are not limited to speaking directly to a Call Center specialist; e-mailing our Call Center; or, calling and leaving a detailed message into a special digital computerized system.  The caller’s identity, e-mail address, or phone number is never revealed to the final recipient; only the text of the message is transmitted to the recipient.  Calls are made to a special local phone number routed to and located at our Call Center.  Toll free numbers are optional at additional cost.  “Toll-Free” numbers can be provided by the client at the client’s expense or by RELAY at an additional annual fee of $150.00 and includes the first 100 message minutes per month.  Additional time for the toll free number usage is billed at the rate of $0.15 per minute.  Calls are answered 24/7.  For security purposes, we recommend that the message to be redirected by us be sent to more than one person and preferably off premises for security reasons that we would be pleased to explain.  The cost for this specialized level of service is relatively inexpensive.

“LIVE OPERATOR” response service is recommended and preferred.  There are multiple rates available based on anticipated volume of calls.  The lowest rate is our “Low Volume – Low Rate” service plan with a monthly cost of $18.75 plus a flat fee of $5.00 for each call that we process.  The next low rate is based on operator processing time or a flat call based on client’s choice.  That rate is $29.99 per month that includes the first 25 minutes of processing time by an operator.  Additional time is billed at $1.25 per minute.  On a “per call” basis, it includes the first 15 calls.  Additional calls are charged $2.25 each.  Higher volume rates are available upon request.

COMPUTERIZED response service enables the person for whom the call is intended to automatically receive the entire “voice” message in real time via an E-Mail WAV file.  The authorized recipient is the only person with his/her computer pass code to listen to the voice message after opening their e-mail.  This allows the recipient(s) to listen at their discretion and convenience from anywhere at any time.  These voice messages can be sent to School District Superintendents, Presidents of School Boards, Presidents of Corporations, Accounting Firms, Chairman and/or Members of a Board of Directors, management personnel, etc. Messages are not traceable by the person or company called.  The sender’s identification is only that of our nationwide Call Center’s e-mail address and not the person making the confidential call.

Many industries now are mandated by their state’s Public Service Commission to provide a Hot Line for safety issues affecting employees.  Bringing attention to specific matters can save an employer a considerable amount of money and/or protect people from unsafe and/or fraudulent situations.  Employee fraud is one of the most costly expenses an employer is vulnerable to and which seldom is detected.  Sexual conduct by people in authority, co-workers and teachers require a means to be reported with confidentiality.  Gang related matters have now become prevalent.  Safety issues often are not known to those in authority who are responsible for them.

It would be our pleasure to discuss this specialized confidential service in more detail with you.  For more information, please contact our Sales Department.
